The NRG Healing Method is a 3-month integrative program for women who feel disconnected from their bodies, whether the cause is hormonal imbalance, gut issues, inflammation, a nervous system that has been in overdrive for too long, or a body that has been sending signals for years in a language you were never taught to understand.

How it works
Month 1 - Know your body: We start at the root. A full health history and hormonal assessment, a gut reset protocol, and nervous system regulation through pranayamas and meditation. This is where we lay the foundation, because nothing else works until your body feels safe.
Month 2 - Reconnect with your cycle: We map your four cycle phases and build a personalized cycle syncing protocol: how to eat, move, rest, and show up for yourself according to where you are in your cycle. This is where you stop working against your biology and start working with it.
Month 3 - Come back to yourself: Holistic therapy sessions focused on reclaiming confidence, agency, and a deep sense of connection to your own body and intuition. This is where the inner work meets the outer shift.
