This session brings awareness to where your energy is blocked, overactive, or depleted, and begins the process of restoring balance through energetic alignment.
You’ll receive a detailed PDF report with insights, patterns, and recommendations to support your integration beyond the session.
Session 1 - Chakra Measuring & Alignment
We begin with a full chakra assessment, measuring each energy center across the physical, emotional, and mental bodies to identify imbalances, blockages, and potential root causes. Based on your unique energetic map, I use Reiki energy healing focused on chakra alignment to redirect energy flow where its most needed.
You will also receive a personalized PDF report with a detailed breakdown of your chakra state, along with tailored recommendations to support optimal energy balance and integration.
Session 2 - Holistic Therapy
Conversational session. Building on your chakra assessment, this session is focused on accessing and transforming the root of the patterns most present in your life.
Using holistic therapy frameworks including the mirror principle, inner child healing, parent wound integration, ego mechanics, and relational patterns, we uncover the subconscious dynamics behind your experience, creating space for awareness, release, and real change.
Session 3 - Reiki Energy Healing
This session is dedicated to deep energetic integration and restoration.
Through a full Reiki energy healing session, we support the body in releasing any remaining energetic blockages, regulating the nervous system, and anchoring the shifts created throughout our work together.
This is a space to receive, restore, and allow your system to fully recalibrate, so the transformation becomes embodied and sustainable.
Reiki sessions are a space for your body to shift out of stress and back into regulation.
A space to come back to yourself.
Working through both the physical body and subtle energy system, Reiki helps release energetic stagnation, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing processes.
As your body shifts out of stress and into regulation, it opens the door for deeper healing, clarity, and reconnection.
